8 days left till the window closes!

A loss which puts us out of the title race. Could or should we do some business to keep up the momento with the Manchester teams or leave well alone?

Mr Levy cant resist a deadline day deal, will we hold fast this time??

If there's a good deal to be done, he'll do it. The chances of a good deal appearing ala vdv is slim though

Suck Dubs Balls!!

After today I think we should ensure we finish in the top 4. We should only sell any player, even if only considered fringe, for top money to desperate teams in January. We should then look to really strengthen in the summer, when our preffered targets are actually available.

Hiya Georgie, You wanna be a Gooner?

Tottenham coach Joe Jordan has not ruled out Spurs from adding to their squad before tomorrow’s transfer deadline.

The north London club tried to sign Charlie Adam on transfer deadline day last January but ran out of time and could make another 11th hour move.

“In the past Tottenham have made a late purchase once or twice so there is always a possibility but I heard of nothing this morning,” Jordan said.

“There are no Spurs players in discussions or in transit.”

I have visions of players in really big transit envelopes now.

Derby County have signed Tottenham midfielder Tom Carroll on loan until the end of the season.

The 19-year-old has not yet featured for Spurs in the Premier League but has played seven games in the Carling Cup, Europa League and FA Cup this term.

Whilst he's still got a lot to learn, he looks like he'll be good enough for the premiership in a season or two imo

Have a nice day!

Needs to bulk a little, while modric does well he is rather stocky compared to carroll, bit of muscle will certainly help him in the middle of the park.
