I'd agree with you about Mourinho at Chelsea, but Real Madrid play some really attractive football. |

I don't really know what is going on there, they look odds on to win the league when nobody could see beyond Barca. |

which happened at Chelsea. They cried out for success (at any price) they got it, then they become complacent and decide they want success with flair. TBF, I'd be over the moon with the success, ....fuck the flair

They're going great, Barcelona still look the btter side by a mile when they play each other though. Madrid fans are demanding lot, they want to win and do so in style not by kicking seven shades of shite out of the opposition because they play better football |

I completely agree Barca are the better team. But no team in the world come close to them. Real Madrid should be happy they have a manager who has found a way of competing. Their tactics of kicking the shit out of them was unnecessary, and has an adverse effect on their own performance in an attempt to win the match. This season I will put my neck on the line and say that ourselves and Swansea have consistently played the most attractive football, yet neither of us will win the league! I'd happily take a step back from tippy tappy football in order to win the league.

its how you win that determines whether you're remembered as a great side or not that's why this is on paper the most dominant period in our history with a team that's won four league titles of the last five and been in three of the last four cl finals, yet won't be remembered like the 99 side that took on all comers and played all out attack, but still only reached one semi bar winning it in 99 and had a squad featuring healy greening higginbotham may blomqvist chadwick and jordi cruyff (and were a penalty save off bergkamp, a single league point, and two stoppage time minutes away from being potless, extreme good fortune or arsenal take all the accolades we've had since with a team better than their invincibles) with all that said mourinho has never and will never managed a side thatll be remembered by anyone but that clubs own fans |

United are skint? They still managed to splash 60m on De Gay, Young, Jones etc in the summer. I would laugh my arse off if City choked, with their expensive assembled squad (half a billion in a few years) it would be funny as feck. So many people have written off United this season it's not even funny. How often has Fergie had the last laugh? --- @ norm. That United/Arse semi is probably one of the best non Spurs FA cup games I've watched. Whatever happened to Chadwick by the way? Did he take up modelling in the end? |
