Strange - Kierans one is very responsive.

Only it ignores my "KINECT - BLOW UP" command :D

Depends on what you regard as responsive I suppose! Not usable for any decent game, put it that way.

Awful console for 3 year olds.

BUT it's one you'll put in the loft now, and bring down in a few years time and have a laugh with. Like a game boy

You damn something that is very popular with many families, Scarf.

Just because YOU don't live in a family environment others do. Kids love taking on their parents/grandparents in a lot of the games.
My 76 year old mother loves the yoga on the Wii Fit too.

It was never intended to be a serious game players machine - just look at the titles written for it!

What do you mean I don't live in a family environment, I'm always around family :wacko2:

We play Boggle, Pictionary, Yahtzee, Monopoly, play with radio control helicopters, go on track days with my Dad, play golf. We've never once had a console in our house growing up. I bring my Xbox home at Christmas and we're banned from playing it when my parents are around :D

My sister has the Wii... She's probably got every bloody title for it including the fit board thing. The snowboard game is pretty amusing for 10 mins

Just because your family are socially inept and need a console in order to numb the pain of talking to each other, don't assume others are the same ;)

As I said, it's a console for 3 year olds (physical or mental) ;)

The Kinect is pretty good, I mainly use it to talk to my mum as she has one too. The games aren't great at the moment, it seems the technology is more advanced than the game developers at the moment thats why there are lots of meh games around.

I have a fairly large Excel application, with VBA, from 4 Mb to 14 Mb in size. I has a couple of forms. Any chance of it working on an iPad?

Now that Internet access is curtailed where I work, is it time to get an iPod? So I can download radio programmes onto it? And play them the next day?

What about burning them onto a read/write CD? That won't cost me $300.

Tech Support: Hello, this is tech support. May I close your ticket now?

Dilbert: Um, no. You haven't helped me yet. I just called you.

Tech Support: I'm not evaluated on how helpful I am. I'm evaluated on how many trouble tickets I close. Your stubbornness is becoming an obstacle to my financial success. By the way, if our call gets disconnected, I count that as a closed ticket.

Dilbert: I'll make it quick.

Tech Support: What? What? I can't hear you. (click)
